Background
RESPONSE is the fifth largest outsource contact centre in the UK, managing 1.8 million interactions each month, and with a turnover in excess of £51 million. The company provides a wide range of business process and customer contact management outsourcing services to major blue-chip brands.
Based in Glasgow, RESPONSE is part of Murray International Holdings Ltd, Scotland's largest privately owned organisation founded by Chairman Sir David E. Murray.
What we did
Line designed and built a content managed website which allows RESPONSE complete control over the text and images used on the site. Built using Line's core CMS framework, the system has been extended to include functionality to categorise and cross-promote content between sections using a simple drag-and-drop interface. The Client required only half an hour's demonstration to use the administration system before being completely comfortable to populate the entire site themselves.

Line's search engine optimisation of the website has dramatically improved the company's SERP (search engine results placement). For certain search criteria, the site now ranks in position 1 or 2 whereas before it was languishing on pages 4 or 5.
In turn this has resulted in a visible increase in sales leads made via the website, as well as a noticeable upturn in the number of recruitment applications.
